Template notice. This page is a working draft written to describe Lumver's intended practices. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet a binding privacy policy. Replace it with counsel-reviewed text before launch.

What we collect

Two categories of data pass through Lumver:

  • Account data — the name, business email and company details you give us when you request a demo or create an account.
  • Customer conversation data — the messages your customers send to your connected channels, and the lead records our products derive from them.

How we use it

Account data is used to contact you and operate your account. Conversation data is processed to capture, qualify and organize inquiries — the function you're paying us for. We do not sell either category to anyone.

Model training

Your conversations are not used to train models for other businesses. Analysis and tuning happen against your data, for your business only.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Lumver is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and that access is logged.

Retention and deletion

We keep conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time and we'll act on it — export is a feature, not a negotiation.

Your customers' rights

You remain the controller of your customers' data. If one of them asks you to delete or produce their information, we give you the tools to do it.
