Template notice. This page is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet an enforceable agreement. Replace it with counsel-reviewed text before launch.
The service
Lumver provides software that captures, qualifies and organizes customer inquiries from your connected channels. What's included depends on the products you've subscribed to.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions taken by people you invite into your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Lumver to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate someone, or to break the rules of the channels you connect it to. Those platforms have their own terms and we can't override them for you.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep Lumver running continuously, but no software is perfect. We'll tell you honestly when something breaks rather than quietly absorbing it.
Products in development
Lumver Voice, Inbox and Analytics are described on this site as planned products. Nothing here is a commitment to a release date or a specific feature set.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll tell you before the change takes effect — not with a silent edit and a new date at the top.
